Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Armchairs, chairs, sofas

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Delivery within Germany costs EUR 79. Delivery is free for orders over EUR 350.

Deliveries abroad :

Delivery to the Benelux countries costs EUR 99. Delivery is free for orders over EUR 1,000.

For shipments abroad, we calculate as follows:

Shipping costs will be agreed upon in advance.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Delivery within Germany is free of charge

Deliveries abroad :

Delivery within the EU is free of charge

For shipments to countries outside the EU, we charge as follows:

Shipping costs will be agreed upon in advance.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 7-14 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 14-30 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details regarding payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for government agencies and companies .

The invoice amount is payable within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
