Ruby Hotels stands for design hospitality with a clear signature style – and deliberately relies on original vintage furniture instead of mass-produced goods. Since 2021, we have been continuously supplying Ruby with curated armchairs, chairs, and lamps for new locations – a partnership that has grown over four years, based on mutual trust and consistently high quality.

To date, we have furnished 13 Ruby Hotels in 8 European countries. We not only source the originals but also refurbish them: Together with our upholstery partner, we precisely implement the fabric specifications of the Ruby designers – from the upholstery fabric to the final fit. This creates furniture pieces that preserve the history of the original while fitting exactly into Ruby's brand image.

Every new Ruby Hotel begins with its own story, a narrative that runs through the entire interior concept. Ruby provides us with a storybook containing the color scheme, floor plans, and the required number of pieces per furniture type. Based on this, we curate suitable vintage originals from our network and specifically propose them to Ruby – turning a narrative into a harmonious, walk-in spatial experience.

Based on this, we identify suitable pieces from our international network and propose them to you specifically – with images, dimensions, and condition descriptions, not an anonymous inventory list.

Refinement & Restoration

In collaboration with a first-class upholsterer from our region, we restore armchairs and seating furniture exactly to your specifications – including fabric procurement. This ensures that each original not only fits historically but also aesthetically into your project.

Logistics & Rollout

For individual projects as well as rollouts across multiple locations: We coordinate shipping, packaging, and deadlines – if necessary, also as express delivery, worldwide via our logistics partners.
