The following conditions apply:
The goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Delivery within Germany costs EUR 79. Delivery is free for orders over EUR 250.
Deliveries abroad :
Delivery to the Benelux countries EUR 99. Delivery is free for orders over EUR 1,000.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we calculate as follows:
Costs include shipping by freight carrier
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 7-14 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 14-30 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide details on collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details regarding payment
Payment by invoice is only possible for government agencies and companies .
The invoice amount is payable within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
