Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Delivery within Germany EUR 79. For orders over EUR 350, delivery is free of charge.
International deliveries:

Delivery to Benelux countries EUR 99. For orders over EUR 1,000, delivery is free of charge.

For international shipping of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Costs include freight forwarding

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.



Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of goods takes place within 7-14 working days, and international deliveries within 14-30 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Payment Details

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and businesses.

The invoice amount must be settled within 7 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider) your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
