This exceptional "The Panter" armchair is one of the top models from the Norwegian manufacturer Westnofa. The armchair is in excellent condition, upholstered in soft, high-quality brown leather. The curved bentwood frame shows slight signs of wear. The armchair can be reclined into a lying position using a locking mechanism that functions like a brake. The chair is cushioned by thick, adjustable leather straps that connect the armrests and seat frame.

The Norwegian furniture manufacturer Westnofa has collaborated with several renowned designers, including Arnt Lande and Ingmar Relling, and is known for several design icons of the 1960s and 70s. This armchair was designed by Arnt Lande in the 1970s.
