An Isabella rocking chair in black lacquer with a perfectly matching checked fabric cover for the seat and head cushions. The wooden frame is in very good condition with minor signs of wear on the corners of the runners and one corner brace. The checked fabric of the cushions shows hardly any wear and is vibrant in color. All joints are solid.

Gemla Fabrikers is Sweden's oldest furniture manufacturer and places great emphasis on traditional craftsmanship and sustainability in its furniture. The Isabella rocking chair was designed in the 1960s by the Swedish designer Karl-Axel Adolfsson.
